Panic Pit
A browser party game for friends — quick-fire minigames, one room code, no download.

Privacy — what we collect
Playing requires no account. You give a nickname; the room holds it, your colour, cosmetics,
rejoin token and score only while the room is running.
Rooms delete themselves thirty minutes after the last player leaves, and
nothing about the round survives that. We keep no cross-room history and no leaderboards.
Signing in is optional and exists so a game pack you paid for stays yours on another device.
Sign in with Discord and we receive your user ID, username and avatar; with Google, your
account ID, email and name. We store that and which packs it owns — nothing else. If you
never sign in, nothing about you persists on our servers.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes the usual connection data including your IP address, to route
traffic and block abuse, and reports an approximate region so a room starts on a nearby
server. We do not store your IP address ourselves.
Privacy — ads, analytics and payments
On the website we show ads supplied by Google: an optional ad a host can watch to unlock a
game, and an occasional break between rounds. Google and its partners use cookies to serve,
cap and in some cases personalise those ads. There are no ads inside the Discord
Activity, and none in a room whose host owns a game pack. In the EEA, the UK and
Switzerland we ask your consent before any advertising cookie is set. You can opt out of
personalised advertising at
adssettings.google.com.
Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your card details directly under its own
privacy policy — we never see them. We record a small number of aggregate events (how long a
break lasted, whether an ad appeared, how many rounds a group played) and no profiles.
Privacy — age, and your choices
Panic Pit is not for children under 13, or older where local law sets a higher minimum for
online services. Write to
support@panicpit.com to ask what we hold about you,
to delete your account, or to report that a child has given us information.
Terms of Service
Panic Pit is licensed to you to play, not sold. Play fairly and lawfully: no harassment, no
hate, no cheating, and nothing in a nickname you would not put on a screen in front of
strangers. Rooms are temporary by design and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Game packs are a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and one host's pack covers everyone in
their room. If a purchase fails, never arrives, or a pack does not work, write to
support@panicpit.com and we will fix it or refund
it. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which nothing here
limits. Our liability is otherwise limited to the extent the law allows. These terms are
governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
